Grief. It can make us anxious, angry, or sad. The list goes on and on. It pulls at every emotion and affects every cell in our body. It is this unseen powerful source of crazy. It causes us to feel things at an intensity we never wished for and makes us act, say and do things that we never thought we would in this lifetime. And yet, we can’t avoid it.

Nor should we. The grief process is our heart’s way of blazing forward on a new pathway. Creating a new trail is never easy, quick or fun. There is terrain to remove, ditches to avoid and blood, sweat and tears to shed. In the end, whether you are trail blazing or grieving, you find yourself somewhere you never expected but were always meant to be.

In order to have enough energy to take care of our family and friends, give to ourselves and to do the work on our “trail”, we must take care of ourselves. There is no magic pill to take away our grief pain but this week we are going to talk about pills you can take to help you heal. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if they are magic, or not.

We’re going to cover homeopathic remedies. Homeopathy is based on the concept that our bodies’ immune systems can heal themselves. Remedies are given to trigger our own immune system to bring about both physical and emotional healing.
